Pirates Cottage

Pirates Cottage is a 2 bedroom cottage bursting with character. It's tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture throughout to ensure a relaxing stay. The cottage has a lovely home from home appeal and its name alone excites the younger members of the family. Spread over 3 floors the cottage enjoys delightful views across the marshes & harbour. It has private off road parking and is just a 2-3 mins walk from the quay.

Ground Floor

The entrance leads into an oak beamed lounge with a feature fireplace built with brick & flint. The stairs to the first floor boast a rowing oar stair rail. There are 2 comfy sofas, a flat screen TV and a dining area that seats 4. The handy ground floor cloak room has a toilet & wash basin.

The newly refurbished kitchen is very well equipped with traditional electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and cafetière. It leads out onto a private south facing garden with a lawn, patio and outdoor furniture.

First Floor

The main bedroom overlooks the square and has a double bed, drawers, bedside tables with lamps and a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet, wash basin & shaving point.

Second Floor

The attic bedroom has 3 adult size single beds, modern furniture and fitted wardrobe. It also has wonderful views across the marshes and harbour.

Terms

A deposit of £200 is required. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Deposits will be returned if booking is cancelled 4 weeks or more before the booking date commences. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Changeover day is Saturday.
