Bosuns Retreat is a well appointed 1 bedroom ground floor apartment, tucked away in a quiet square full of maritime history with properties dating back to 1648. It overlooks a cottage garden and enjoys a small courtyard area where you can sit and savour your morning coffee or favourite tipple. It has private parking for 1 car and is just a few minutes walk to the quay, shops, pubs & restaurants.

Entrance to the property is via a stable door leading into a modern kitchen with microwave, conventional gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and washer/dryer.

The open plan apartment has a light & airy living room with bay window, comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, reclining chair & reading lamp. The dining table by the window has seating for 2.

The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, drawers and a small fitted cupboard. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin & toilet, and plenty of light from a modern skylight.

Bosuns Retreat overlooks a small but pretty courtyard area with bench, parasol and bistro table & chairs where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening.

There is private parking for 1 car.

A deposit of £200 is required. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Deposits will be returned if booking is cancelled 4 weeks or more before the booking date commences. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Changeover day is Saturday.
