Compass Cottage is an original fisherman's cottage dating back over 360 years. It's full of character with old oak beams and alcoves. This spacious 2 bedroom property is spread over 3 floors and can easily sleep a family of 5. It has a courtyard garden out front and a fully enclosed back garden allowing younger family members to play in safety. The private off road parking is a huge bonus, and the quay, pubs & shops are just a short walk away.

Ground Floor

The entrance leads into a lovely lounge with a character oak beam ceiling and a feature fireplace. The dining area seats 5 guests. Adjacent to the lounge is a cloak room with toilet & wash basin. The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, cafetière, toaster & kettle. It leads onto a south facing garden which has a lawn, patio furniture, bicycle storage and a drying area.

First Floor

The main bedroom, overlooking a cottage garden, has a double bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. The landing has an airing cupboard. The bathroom has a bath with over head shower, toilet, wash basin & shaving point.

Second Floor

The spacious attic bedroom has 3 adult single beds with bedside cabinets, drawers and a fitted wardrobe. There are lovely views to the marshes, lifeboat station and out to sea.

Terms

A deposit of £200 is required. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Deposits will be returned if booking is cancelled 4 weeks or more before the booking date commences. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Changeover day is Saturday.
